They are in an eight-plex apartment building located behind Target and Menards near Oakwood Mall in Eau Claire. Rent starts at $990 per month with a signed, 12-month lease and includes lawn care, snow removal, and trash services. We do offer a six-month lease option for an additional $50 per month.
