I absolutely love this apartment & the community I am in here! The office gals are wonderful, and helped to make the transition here smooth & painless. I really like these apartments, friendly staff, and all around nice

I have lived at Northshore Apartments for over 8 years and any time there is something that needs to be fixed, it’s typically taken care of that day. Staff and maintenance have always been pleasant and helpful.

We moved into North Shore at the end of April 2025 with my boyfriend of two years, and I feel compelled to share how much of a difference Tori and current property manager Julie and her team have made in my life in such a short time.

Moving can be overwhelming, but from the very beginning Tori and Julie’s kindness, patience, and genuine care made me feel at ease. They don’t just manage a property, they created a welcoming, supportive environment that truly feels like home. Every interaction... with her and her team has reminded me that I am not just a tenant, but a valued part of this community.

Her team reflects that same compassion and dedication. Whether it’s the way they respond so quickly to needs, or the way they treat residents with warmth and respect, they carry themselves with a professionalism that is heartfelt, not transactional. For example, our heat was having issues during the cold snap recently. I had called the office and maybe not even 10 minutes later Julie hand delivered it to us. Our maintenance man Lance is one in a million. His attention to detail is world class.

It is rare to encounter people in this line of work who put so much of themselves into creating a positive experience for others as I work in customer service myself.

Please know that Tori,Julie, Heather and her staff have had a very real impact on my boyfriend and I. At a time when stability and kindness mean more than ever, they have provided both in abundance. For that, I am deeply grateful.


We love living at North Shore in Menasha! I just want to reiterate service is top notch, Lance our maintenance man is so kind and friendly! He goes above and beyond in his work. We are also so lucky to have Heather and Julie in office! They make our home here feel safe and that we can always ask them questions if we need anything! Their customer service is superior.
