Maintenance is fast and understanding, the apartment makes quick action towards problematic neighbors, and the office is extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. The only negative of my time here is that the apartment I live in is quite dated even with the price hikes over the years. Overall a great experience with helpful and friendly management.

Maintenance is fast and prompt with repairs and replacements, been here 5 years and it’s quiet with rarely any issues, can’t hear neighbors. The heat in our apartment goes out all the time and the fireplace doesn’t work despite a couple calls about it already, but otherwise really prompt responses to issues. When neighbors have been extremely problematic, they are addressed by the apartment quickly. The staff in the office is really accommodating and very kind.

This is the best apartment complex in the area. The units are spacious. The pool and workout facility are top notch. Toonen hosts plenty of events so this actually feels like a community. Fountain park has been a wonderful home for my wife and me.

A genuinely great place to live. The Fountain Park apartments are great in so many ways. Clean, private, comfortable and management that is always proactive and friendly. I'm glad I made the choice a year ago to call it my home!!!
