Londonderry Lofts
I have lived at the Londonderry Lofts for several years now, and I love my beautiful loft and all-around experience living here. The apartment style I have is spacious with a lot of character, having a dual level layout, ground floor patio, and catwalk from my bedroom out to my balcony. The property office, mailroom, parking, and laundry are super convenient, and there is even a shared outside space set up for a picnic/hangout/cookout gathering. The current property management staff here might... be the best I’ve encountered in a couple decades of apartment living, friendly and caring, respectful of their apartment residents’ homes and privacy, putting out clear communications in multiple formats to ensure awareness of essential information and events, and addressing issues swiftly, flexibly, and easily as possible. Highly recommend.

Northshore Rentals and Londonderry Lofts
I have lived here for over 30 years, and the staff and maintenance have always been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance concerns are always addressed promptly and the building and grounds are nicely maintained. I would highly recommend this as a great place to live on the Northeast side of Madison.

Long time tenant
I've been here 7 years. Would be staying longer if not for a job opportunity in another state. Very affordable by Madison standards, with internet included in rent, a large storage space, and laundry room in the basement. Off street parking is nice, and is within walking distance to Willy St. Coop, Northside Farmers Market, and Warner park. If you travel a lot, it's also nice to be just a $6 cab ride to the airport and to not have to pay for parking.

A Wonderful Place to Rent
This is my first year here and the staff is quite helpful! If you have any questions, they promptly respond. As well, the studios are spacious and the complex is peaceful. I would recommend to check out Londonderry Lofts that are about a 15 minutes drive from downtown Madison! -Alea E.

I love Northshore Rentals!
I am very grateful to have found such a nice place to call home at Londonderry! I am going on my THIRD year here and I have never been happier. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and always respond very quickly. They have gone over and beyond many times and no past rentals compare to the royal treatment I receive from Northshore Rentals. I love my studio layout and spend a lot of time in the beautiful backyard. I feel very safe here and the free internet is an added bonus. ... Thank you Londonderry for everything! Sarah Ann
