I thoroughly enjoyed living at 432 W. Wilson St. The rooms are spacious, laundry in the facility, and outdoor parking available. Bill and Marilyn were great landlords who were very attentive to my needs as tenants. Any maintenance that needed to be taken care of was done within 24 hours. It was refreshing to have landloads who knew you personally by name among the many large renting companies in Madison. I would highly recommend renting with Jacobsen Apartment Rentals.
