Hello - this is my condo for rent. Right across the street from Capitol Centre foods (one of the best small grocery stores in Madison), 2 blocks from the capitol and the farmer's market. In walking distance to countless great restaurants, State... Street, and bike paths that goes all around the greater Madison area. This is technically a single bedroom (apparently bedrooms have windows in Wisconsin), but there is a full size den in the back that functions as an additional complete bedroom. Huge included storage unit. The unit is west facing, so you get hours of natural sunlight. Nice patio to sit out on and relax. It's on the 8th floor, so out of the way of Mifflin St action, with a nice in-unit fireplace. Extremely quiet building, perfect for residents, students, or people who work from home. The local internet is fiber. On site building manager receives all packages. No maintenance required. Unit is right by a quiet, high speed elevator. Included single parking spot is covered and is right next to the entrance - extremely convenient. Covered, off-street guest parking for ~1 week at a time is included. Unit will be mostly furnished (can discuss other options) - currently has nearly brand new bed sets with Stearns & Foster mattresses. You can fly here and be relaxing on the patio within 5 minutes. No pets are allowed. 6 month lease preferable, but other options are available.
