It's also right next to shows at the Overture Center and the comedy club, music venues like the Majestic and the Orpheum, and all of State Street and the Capitol Square, and just a couple of blocks from both lakes. The building itself is great with its own convenient parking, a gym, a secure package/mail room, and business center. The unit is a very spacious, contemporary one-bedroom and bath.
