This is a rare opportunity to live in a true neighborhood/community and still be right downtown - less than half a block to Brittingham Bay, close to the Kohl Center and walkable to the Capitol and all that's happening... downtown! Absolutely charming bedroom bungalow with enclosed porches on both street level and second level.

This was originally a three bedroom but we finished a room in the basement so now this can be a fourth bedroom if you'd like.

Love the stunning woodwork, gleaming hardwood floors and tons of light through the many windows. Good sized living room and dining room. Fireplace is not functional with the chimney so you can't light a fire but we did put an electric fireplace in there that works. Use of two kayaks included. We will do the snow removal and lawn care and maintain the water softener. Driveway parking included. We do own another property on the block that has a garage that you could potentially use if that is something you need.

Tenants pay for electric and water- we pay for trash removal, lawn care, snow removal. We live on the same block as this rental property and is a professional carpenter and is very responsive to tenant requests. Locks are keyless pin-pad locks. Two pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Lease term is one year.
