-It's a bit on the older side; appliances are on the older side, the sewage/pipe system isn't the greatest, and it's not very well insulated. Out of every apartment I've ever lived in, I've never had to put in so many service requests due to things breaking via wear and tear. That being said, the maintenance guy is pretty good, just seems really busy. -If you get an apartment here that has a loft, keep in mind that the one wall mounted AC unit will NOT be enough to cool your place down if the... temp outside is above 80 degrees. The loft windows don't open, so the hot air just gets trapped and keeps your electric bill high. On the flip side, during the winter it generally won't get cold. -The porch is a really nice plus, just a heads up that spiders/bugs really enjoy the space so routine sweeping of the floors and walls is required, and make sure to keep an eye on the crevice above the AC units outside: birds will nest there, and if an egg goes bad or something passes you WILL smell it.
