It's a good area to live and the apartments are nice. Lisa in management is usually pretty rude and snippy towards tenants. As long as you don't rely on management it's a good complex and community. Maintenance is always super friendly and helpful. For the price I would look elsewhere personally, just because I do believe management is so important. But it's a great area with close access to the highway.

We have been extremely pleased with these apartments. The complex is new and most of our issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The support team has been pleasant to work with thus far.

These apartments are brand new, but they were built very poorly - at least the building that I lived in. We found many issues in our initial inspection that were never addressed. We had issues with neighbors not picking up their dog waste. Their solution was to send out multiple emails asking tenants to pick up after their dogs. Snow removal was timely, which is important here in Wisconsin.
