This place is infested with roaches. We’ve had our apartment sprayed 4 times by exterminators and have traps up 24/7 and we still see them on our bathroom and kitchen counters on the warmer days. There is mold in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink from water damage due to leaking pipes and faulty ventilation of the bathroom. Poor security as only some of the main doors lock. We have damage to our property being one of our cars, but they have few cameras, so we aren’t able to prove that it... happened while on their property. We have had only bad experiences while living in these apartments. We only rented because of the low rent, and they have since raised that price.

Poor Customer Service
I can not rate the apartment but the customer service is very poor. I have called more than once, emailed and even texted one on of the numbers and still no one replied. How hard is it to call and say there is nothing available if the is the case?
