I’ve been renting here for almost 2 years now. Most people here are pretty friendly and respectful of each other. Steve our property manager does a wonderful job keeping the peace. I love how we have a pool and workout facility on site as well as laundry. Reserved parking that’s monitored is a plus as well. Overall I’d recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I lived here for two years while a graduate student at UWM. I enjoyed the close proximity to school and to Bayshore Mall. The property is well maintained, and management is friendly. Any maintenance always got taken care of quickly and effectively. I also enjoyed using the pool and the gym while I was living here. I would overall highly recommend!

Have absolutely loved living here! As someone who has previously worked as an apartment leasing agent (not for this company) and is very familiar with the property management field, I can strongly attest that the property management here is beyond phenomenal! The property manager Steve is incredibly professional and responds to questions and concerns promptly, often within minutes. Maintenance also does a very good job at attending to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Parking is also free... of charge! Even though it is unassigned, as a 2nd/3rd shifter I have never once had trouble finding parking in the middle of the night and there are always plenty of spaces available. It feels like the staff here truly puts a lot of care into the living community and I’ve never once felt like I was being looked down upon or condescended too. Read More
