Good apartment complex with dept stores and other businesses nearby. This area is covered by Elmbrook school district and hence surrounded by good top schools as well. Annual lease is of good value but anything else is just absurdly costly and increases the monthly rent by a big margin.

It will be 4 years I have been renting here and I have had all positive contacts with both management and maintenance staff. They are very friendly and professional and addressed my issues immediately. We do have a large grassy area near the back parking lot where children play, but if there are any concerns over parking in the back lot you can also park in the front lot or garage. They do have a professional cleaning staff that cleans the building weekly. The only time I saw issues with... hallway carpet cleaning or yard work was during Covid. My husband and I have really enjoyed living in Willow Brook over the last nearly three years. Management has been helpful and the property is always in great shape. We had rented so many apartments and were looking for somewhere with reliable maintenance staff, reasonable rent for 2 beds and 2 baths, and close proximity to the MANY amenities Brookfield has to offer. For the space we had and the ability to have underground parking AND our cats, we thought the rent was very reasonable.

Terrible experience.They don't care about their tenants.all they need is money.if you are leasing for a short term you will end up paying hefty amount within a year.They upgrade rent amount every 3 months and say it's the market value.lease breakage policy the worst.this place would be better if they replace the rude manager with someone professional and concerning.i would never suggest this apartment to anyone
