I have read some of the other (not so good) reviews and I'm confused. At 60 years old I have lived in many apartments and this one is by far the best ever. I've had two small problems and they were fix the next day, everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. I just had a general condition inspection (appliances, plumbing, electrical) and they gave a full week notice before coming in. I also live in a pond view apartment and the view is amazing. I can't wait for spring and coffee on... the deck in my own little paradise. They also painted, installed new carpet and appliances before I moved in and I could not be happier with the colors. The walls to me are more of a nice cream color than brown and with the vaulted ceiling it looks big. I did paint a accent (TV) wall in the living room and WOW I get a lot of complements from my family on how beautiful my apartment is. Snow removal this winter was done on the same day that it snowed and they salted too so two thumbs up to the crew. I found the "in floor heating" to work great this winter even when it was -5 outside it's always 70 in my apartment. As for the so call "intense application" I say great it makes my feel safer living here. I'm almost here one year now and I have found Silver Springs to be quite, clean and well managed, I plan to stay a long time.
