so far so good!
My roommates and I moved in early January, the move in process was quick and easy! The homes are in great shape and overall I’m really happy with it! The only downsides are that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors fairly well but that’s to be expected with apartment living. There also is not enough parking, each unit is assigned 2 spots and there’s probably about 5 or 6 visitor spots that fill up quickly but there’s street parking pretty close and it’s right next to a school so... that makes it a little better I suppose ?? but for the most part we are very happy here and hopefully it remains that way!
