Quail Run apartments

Quail Run apartments have been an alright place to live. I live in a townhouse and there are one and two bedroom apartments on the first floor. I gave them a fair review because of the things they lack. The townhouses only have one bathroom upstairs which is very inconvenient. Washers and dryers also do not come in the apartments so you have to buy them if you want them in your apartment and there isn't a pool or hot tub. There are washers and dryers in the office though. I also get very tired... of cigarette smoke coming in my apartment from downstairs. One positive thing is that these apartments are income restricted so rent is based on your monthly income which can help rent to be cheaper. I hope this review helps.

It is unfortunate that we don't have a lot of bells and whistles like some of the other communities in town, but as you said, the rents here have been significantly lower than most rents in the area for years now. Since... we have Firstenburg Center, Mountainview Ice Arena, and all of the other shopping, dining, and entertainment options just minutes away, we hope the lack on site amenities will not deter future renter's from choosing us. Again, thank you for the time you took to give an honest review.
