Nice Very good management overall. One thing that I think was done poorly is the electric charging spots. There was a notice earlier about any car that’s non electric will be towed for parking in those spots. I think there needs to be way less electric spots and more visitor spots, that would make more sense and be more reasonable to threaten people being towed. Also the reserved parking spots we have are pretty small, and the bushes on the side of the reserved parking is overgrowing into our... parking spot making it even harder to get in and out than it already was. Bushes haven’t been trimmed in several months. Otherwise great management and teamwork all around. Appreciate all of you

Washing machine Repair First visit there was water left on the floor and debris from moving the watching. My clothes that were next to the machine were soaked and not moved out of the way. There were tools left here as well. Second visit it was fully fixed but also there was a tool left here again. Will bring it to the office at some point.

Laundry and stove working properly! I am a new resident (3 months) and love The Jones! They try to solve your problem as quick as they can. The maintenance guys are very friendly and did a good job fixing my wash machine and stove.
