No problems The 2 maintenance guys did a great job. They even noticed my front door knob was sticking when they were leaving, so they they replace it without asking. Great job

Excellent and Expeditious Maintenance Response!! We just moved into our beautiful new apartment at The Jones and it is more than we could hope for!
The ceilings are high, the paint is fresh, the flooring/carpeting is new. The layout is spacious and accommodating and the management and maintenance staff are super friendly, polite, professional, and attentive.
Which brings me to the reason I’m writing this review! I submitted multiple tickets on Monday afternoon (there are always little things... that are overlooked or broken) and one of the maintenance guys came less than 24 hours later (I apologize, I didn’t get his name, I was in the middle of fighting my bed frame!) and fixed everything. Or so I thought! It wasn’t a big deal, but he did miss one item (the front right element won’t turn on, the knob is stuck). I resubmitted the ticket and have no doubt it will be dealt with soon.
I also found some more negligible yet necessary fixes and I feel extra confident they will be addressed accordingly.
There was also a slight issue with the money orders, but I never once felt as if the issue would not be resolved or that we would be held responsible. We plan on calling this home for the next few years or more and if this is any indication of things to come, we are in great hands!
Thank you everyone for making this transition as smooth as they can for such a stressful time!
