Beautiful apartment

We have lived here for almost 3 years. We love it so much we got family to rent here as well. Remodel in progress with in unit ac. Very friendly staff and maintenance.

So good we moved back

We lived here over 8 years ago and loved it so much we moved back. Great layouts and huge patios. The people here are very friendly. Management and maintenance workers are very nice and helpful. Anytime I put in for a work order they are on it right away either that day or first thing the next day. Our building just got finished for the new remodel and we love it. Especially the ac unit they installed. So much better than the window insert style.

Well Maintained & Friendly Staff

We have lived at Park Crest Commons for several years & love it! The complex is well kept for maintenance inside & out. We have never had any issues with our apartment unit. When we moved in it was a clean & all of the appliances were well maintained or new. We like our wrap around porch. They are currently in a reconstruction phase upgrading outside units & adding A/C. Each year they continue to make upgrades on the property. The management has excellent communication through email & app... portals. They also host super fun events for the community every month with goodies & snacks. For example, they hosted national pet day & invited everyone to bring their pet with a line up of treats & toys to pick out for dogs & cats. It is a quiet & friendly community. The amenities are also a plus! They have a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, & pool. Rachel the manager is so friendly & helps you with anything you need.

Safe and Friendly

I have been here for one year now and Just renewed my lease. This place is awesome, spacious and modern apartment, the staff are so wonderful. I have two dogs and lots of play area. Security Patrols hourly at night and feel very safe. Lots of parking and close to all the stores and very near the Freeway. They just remodeled the pool area, bbq pits coming and once a month, the manager sponsors events for the residence (ice cream social, pet appreciation week, raffles give away etc,,,,) Im so... happy we found this place. Thank you Rachel.
