Manager as of 09/2017 puts notices on doors that states pets are not allowed to go to the bathroom on the property which is pretty stupid since this is a pet friendly community. Her pets are allowed to go on the property. We have one designated parking spot and she makes the parking a bigger deal than what it is. She says that you are not allowed to park your second car in a visitor spot unless your designated spot is used first. She doesn’t think about what happens when that first car leaves... and maybe that second car leaves but doesn’t take their car,etc..,it’s like she wants you to play musical cars and doesn’t think it through that there is going be times when your designated spot will not be used. Also 3 day parking limit in visitor spot that she says you can’t be parked longer than three days in the same spot but she nor anyone else is not outside watching 24 hours a day to see if that car has moved. It takes 5 mins to drive over to 711. In that 5 minutes you can get back and that same spot may still be available. I’ve left and came back hours later and same spot still available. So now that 3 day limit starts over. Also same spot has been available the next day so again 3 day limit starts over. Manager does not think this through.
