We moved in about3 weeks ago. A really nice place to live. Quiet! The units are really nice inside and out. Hard wood floors, beautifully kitchen. etc. We just love it! Beautifully landscaped. Gated community. Everyone is friendly. 5 stars for sure.

Overlook apartment is a great place to live in. I been here for 3 years had great experience, staff are professional and very friendly! Beautiful place to be in.

Convenience for a price
Overlook Park is located conveniently close to I-205, SR-500, and SR-14, which makes the daily commute a bit easier.
Another selling point is the gated entrance, which is a nice security feature. However be aware that cars can slip in behind others who have security codes or key cards, so it's not too hard for someone to get in if they really want to. Even so, I've never felt unsafe walking around the complex.
Community amenities include a pool/hot tub, small gym, and free tanning. (Just... don't expect much elbow room poolside on hot sunny days, since the pool is fairly small.)
One unusual amenity is the valet garbage service. For a mandatory $25 per month, residents get door to door garbage pick up five days a week. At first, I did not understand this, but it is really nice to just set the trash and recycling outside the door in the provided receptacle for pick up. No more lugging heavy bags across the complex out to the dumpster.
The apartments have nice finishing touches, like granite counter tops and beautiful laminate floors. Other conveniences include online payments, gas fireplaces, in-unit washer/dryers and assigned covered parking (one space per unit). I've rarely had an issue with parking, but enclosed garages are available for $75/mo for those who would like a second reserved spot.
We moved in right after our unit was built about 2 years ago, and in that span, the base rent has increased about $200 per month. So be advised that the management is not shy about raising rates. However, there are lease options that vary depending on availability any given month. This will help you lock in your rate for a while.
Overall, Overlook Park is a nice place to live if you can budget for the conveniences it has to offer.
