We just moved in a few days ago. Overall, pretty disappointed so far: - Less than 24 hours after moving in, our front door deadbolt broke - Our mailbox is jammed and we can't get mail - The circuit breaker keeps randomly blowing a fuse when TWO LIGHTS are on in the back half of the apartment, so half the apartment's power goes out - The shower water pressure is nonexistent - Dishwasher is VERY cheaply-made - Paint doesn't have any protective coating, so it's prone to chips and scratches -... Handles on kitchen cabinets are crooked - There isn't even a side paneling below the sink in the bathrooms, so you see exposed drawers when you open the cabinet - There is ONE cabinet in the kitchen with no shelving, which makes it impossible to store anything larger than 8in. Our crockpot, instapot, and some pans had to be placed in the hall closet - Very little guest parking, and no spots for moving vans
PROS: - Good cell service - Natural light - Neighbors seem nice
Overall, VERY cheaply-made apartment, and we can't wait for our 12-month lease to be up. We moved from out of state, and if we'd seen this in-person before committing, we would not have chosen it. Hopefully I'll be able to edit this review in a few weeks to add a few more pros, but we'll see.
