Great management and maintenance

Aaron is always quick to respond to maintenance requests and has made our stay in this community awesome. From the moment we moved in we had a few problems come up with our appliances but Aaron was quick and efficient with fixing the problems bringing fast resolution. We appreciate The management and maintenance for giving us a great experience in this community

The Best 7 years of my life

We have lived in this community for 7 years and have enjoyed it. the property team here is the best I've ever experienced. we've enjoyed living here so much that we will probably never leave here. All of our neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful, one time my son got locked out of our apartment when he got home from school one of the other parents helped him contact me and let me know he would be safe with her family until I got home from work to unlock the apartment.

Recommended! Nice apartment!

Our experience with Capitol Heights is pretty good. It is a kid and pet-friendly apartment, and our daughter loves the on-site playground. Although the apartment itself is a little old, our unit had pet odor from previous tenant, managers are very nice and did their best to help eliminate the odor. The rent is reasonable, and they do not nit pick to keep your deposit as long as you do your diligence to clean before moving out. There is a small trail by the apartment, and it had been our... walking route when we stayed there. Easy access to 101, I-5 and west side.
