This property is well maintained and a desirable place to live! The staff are friendly and responsive to my needs! I love that it is so close to I5 and other amenities. Feels like home!

I don’t usually write reviews but this apartment complex deserves it. The manager is kind, and the maintenance guys work really hard. It’s tucked away on Tumwater Hill so it doesn’t feel too crowded. Right next to I-5 so easy to get to work for my commute. The owners are awesome. Definitely rent here.

If you are looking for an apartment in Tumwater, Crossroads on Crosby is by far the best of the best. Management is friendly, caring & responsive. Maintenance issues are always addressed same day if not within a day or two. They do resident events, make newsletters every month and go out of their way to get donuts EVERY Friday! I highly recommend touring and meeting the staff to see for yourself. Everyone's experience is different, but mine and the majority of my neighbors agree that Crossroads... exceeds expectations for apartment living.

Don’t live here. Labeled “luxury” apartments but everything breaks so easily and maintenance is awful. Not worth the outrageous rent.

From the outside this place might look decent. But, don't be fooled by the "luxury living," the term is a facade for being cheap and badly built. I lived there for 6 months and from the first week I realized I was suckered into paying the highest rent in the area for:
*maintenance that superglues instead of replacing a busted cabinet
*fake subway style shower tubs
*the idiotic design of putting the only towel hanger just barely above the toilet
*no garbage disposal in kitchen sink
*no a/c for... the hot days
*no pool or spa
*cramped property that is only going to get more cramped as more apartments are still under construction
*inefficient and ineffective heaters for the cold days
*management that was unwilling to work with me during my military deployment
*Security that was clearly lacking as there were multiple car break-ins during my time there
This apartment complex and its management puts on a perfect face from a far, but as you get closer, you start to see the fakeness come through. I do not recommend callung Crossroads on Crosby home at its current price point.
