Peaceful and well-located with a superb maintenance team
We’ve been tenants here for over two years and truly love the location. It’s quietly tucked away while still being close to everything. What really stands out, though, is the maintenance team, especially Geelan, the maintenance supervisor. He is always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely ready to help.
We experienced an emergency issue, and Geelan came out as soon as possible and had everything resolved within a couple of hours. His efficiency and care made a stressful situation so... much easier. He’s always friendly, has a great attitude, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. We feel very lucky to have both Geelan and Nima on the maintenance team.

Great Location, Outstanding Maintenance
I have lived here many years and love the quiet location, the beautiful well-maintained landscaping and buildings (covered parking), and the proximity to just about anything one could be interested in. The maintenance staff, Geelan and Nima, are top notch professionals—they are quickly responsive to repairs and any maintenance issues. They are courteous, respectful, informative, and very knowledgeable, often going above and beyond what is needed. The Vineyards is fortunate to have them!

Love the place and the people
I just am so grateful for how wonderful the staff and management teams are! Always ready to help in any situation. From handing lollipops and getting giggles my upset toddler to fixing things for me because I am clumsy! They’re always so friendly and smiling!

I love living here!
The staff are so quick to address any maintenance requests. The atmosphere of the complex is very welcoming and green. The proximity to a neighborhood for walking your dog is amazing and it’s overall a great community. Management has been wonderful to work with and are incredibly supportive. I was able to use one of their dehumidifiers for a winter season which was so helpful until I was able to get my own.

Fantastic management and staff
I have been Tenant here for five years. Between two different units and a shuffle in management, the vineyards staff has been nothing short of spectacular. When it comes to any concerns I bring up to management, it is always treated with a sense of urgency. I feel cared for and that my voice is always heard. The units are spacious and well kept. The surrounding common areas are well taken care of and an inviting atmosphere for walks, play and fresh air! It’s such a peaceful lace to live!
