Nestled on a private country lot, it offers a spacious deck perfect for outdoor living and entertaining, along with the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. Blending comfort and practicality, this inviting cabin provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to local amenities and beautiful natural surroundings. There is an additional monthly fee of $133 for Tulalip water & sewer. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities and landscaping maintenance. In addition to the security/pet deposit, there will be a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee in the amount of $325, to be paid with all other move in charges. Cats and small dogs 20lbs or under allowed with refundable pet deposits. $500 for the first pet & $250 for each additional pet. Please inquire about your specific pet/animal situation for more specific and individual details. Approved applicants have the option to pay security/pet deposits over the first 3 months of the lease. Renters insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage. NW Property Management Group does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. All adult occupants must complete a full credit and criminal background check.
