The property is surrounded by homless people and tents. They want to inspect your apartment several times a month instead of being like normal apartments that do two inspections per year (one for fire and the other for preventive maintenance. The fire arm is always going off. $200/month for parking is crazy for the area. They don’t clean the halls. The previous indoor apartment I stayed at would have someone vacuum and clean the floors. The bathroom should have been a door instead of sliding... door.They delete negative reviews on Google.

Beautiful Finishes and Thick Walls
New builds these days are usually paper thin, allowing you to hear everything your neighbors are doing. Not here! I've got neighbors on both sides and I never hear a thing, but I've seen them in the halls, so I know they're in there. The only sounds you hear are through the front door out into the hall.
You can see for yourself in the photos and if you come tour, the finishes they chose are fantastic. Depending on what floor you're on, you get a different style tile back splash. Even the... sinks they put in the bathrooms are interesting. The toilet paper holders angle up for the easiest replacement I've ever seen. The baseboards on the lvp floors have two levels to them, which is a fun detail (the last place I lived didn't even have baseboards in the carpeted rooms). They have soft close drawers. There's exposed concrete. The units are just really cool.
I will say some of the detail work could've been done more cleanly, but you rent the place, you don't own it, everything still looks great.
The amenities are actually useful and accessible 24/7. There's even a filtered water bottle station near the gym and a free quick coffee/latte machine like you might see at some larger companies in the business center.
There's a coffee shop, Manifesto, at the bottom of the building! Especially handy when you're just moving in, lazy, behind on groceries, or just want some tasty coffee and a treat.
There's an annual food festival (SavorFest) two blocks away!
Depending on which side of the building you're on, you might have a fantastic view of Mount Rainier (highly recommend touring on a clear day)! If your unit is on one of the other sides or your view is obstructed, you can still go up to the 5th floor courtyard and enjoy the view.
Location is very convenient to get on the freeway.
Secured package room so you can pick up your stuff at whatever time is convenient for you. There's even cool art in the halls.
One drawback, there's only a few select units with AC on the 9th floor, so plan to purchase or bring a good fan or two. If you don't have a balcony, you just get windows that angle out. They're cute, but not great for circulating airflow. The non opening part of the windows are huge though, letting in a ton of light and a beautiful view of the sky. The pull down shades are also really cool and allow for privacy while still letting in some light.
