Apartments are large with every amenity you can imagine. Also love the game room and the rooftop deck with a huge screen TV. Pool is heated, which is nice, and the main floor living room is incredible. Jim is always open. So far so good love it!

Pest Problems: enough to make me question the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. 2. Parking Nightmare: Parking is a constant headache. There are never enough spaces for residents, and the towing policy is aggressively enforced. Often, I’ve had to park far from my building and walk back late at night, which feels unsafe. 3. Safety Concerns: A murder happened... right outside the complex, and the management’s response was severely lacking. No significant security improvements were made, leaving residents feeling vulnerable in their own homes. 4. Unprofessional Staff: The staff are rude and unhelpful, often dismissing valid concerns without providing solutions. Their poor attitude makes living here even more frustrating.
