Small apartments but well cared for and quiet in a beautiful setting! Didn't know if I would like it at first but after a year here I am more than satisfied. Maintenance is prompt and professional, place is well cared for and Patty is a great manager. Has been fair and understanding and always tries to help. Makes you feel valued!

Beautiful place! Lovely grounds, well-kept and quiet. Manager is wonderful, friendly and no-nonsense. Over the years she has moved the riffraff out and we have a lovely, safe comfortable place to call home. Building is older but everyone respects each other and it shows. High recommendation for this place as an affordable home. Keep up the good work! Wish there were more like you!

Terrible management. Terrible maintenance. I would not recommend these housing facilities to anyone. Buildings are dangerous and not up to code. Thin walls, inconvenient distance from stores, highways. Patty is beyond unprofessional.
