Living on the bottom floor you expect extra moisture and a bit sketchier living but the apartment is infested with black mold and cockroaches. The kitchen sink is falling through the counter, the caulk on the bathtub is peeling as well as the bottom of the bathtub is peeling (they told my boyfriend it was brand new). I think the paper-like counter tops are a great addition to the awful non-renovated apartments. I'd actually consider living in a renovated one bedroom but the management has... changed 3 times in the last 9 months and none were really that great so you know, maybe this isn't the place for us :-)

Arbor Hills Apartments
The manager is really nice but she's hard to contact at times. Most because she's the only one working. The apartments are nice but the rooms don't have lights. The appliances are also older and they don't come with a microwave.
