Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage, heat, and gas. Resident pays for electricity and internet. Owner may allow 1 cat with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and $25/mo pet rent.

Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. The security deposit may be paid over time.
