We lived at the Riverfalls Tower Apartments from the start of 2020 to spring of 2023. We had a 2 bed/2 full bath with an east facing view of the Monroe Bridge and the Spokane Falls. The apartment layout was amazing (great use of 1,100 sq ft) and the incorporated, gated parking garage was incredible. These apartments come with the best property manager in town, Ryan, and a phenomenal maintenance team. We’ve never received better treatment, attention, and care as a renter. The property is newly... renovated, the pool and common areas are well kept and the other residents are great. They set the bar very high for what we expect from anywhere else.

Old and Expensive
The view is lovely, but overpriced and old. Electricity bill in the winter is hundreds of dollars. Lived there a year and realized I couldn't afford the huge rent increases.

Great apartment
Excellent views. Apartment is quiet. I rarely hear or see my neighbors. Can't beat location; close to downtown, etc. Nice outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area. Also free wifi in community room and a small gym. I have met several people who thought it was a seniors-only apartment; it's not, though many of the residents are older. It's a little more expensive than other apartments in this city, but worth it if you can afford it. Unfortunately I will probably soon need to move to a cheaper place. I... will really miss the view.
