The application fee is $52 per adult and is non-refundable. If you require a co-signer, the co-signer will need to fill out an application and pay a non-refundable application fee of $20.50

2) Other Costs involved:

Late fee 10% of monthly rent, assessed on the 6th day of the month

Non-refundable fees for pets or Pet Rent – applies to pet friendly properties

Outstanding balance with a past landlord or rental agency (This may be waived if the outstanding balance is paid in full at the time of application processing and proof of payment is shown)
Any prior evictions
Criminal background containing conviction of a drug or sex related nature
