Solid, Quiet Units—But Don’t Expect More Than the Basics
I’ve lived in this building since 2020—first in a 2-bedroom unit and now a 3-bedroom—and overall, it’s been a decent experience. The apartments themselves are generally quiet with good soundproofing, and the appliances are modern and kept in working order between tenants. Lighting isn’t anything special, but the layout works fine for basic living needs.
Management is decently responsive—not overly proactive, but not neglectful either. Maintenance has been reliable; especially when the on-site... tech was here, it was easy to get things addressed in passing. The current tech doesn’t live here, but still shows up regularly and handles requests in a timely way.
That said, the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. There’s no real park, playground, or community space nearby, and it’s on a loud, busy road just off the highway. It’s semi-walkable to groceries and a few restaurants, and there’s one bus line practically at the door, but overall, not the most family- or pedestrian-friendly area.
This is not a place with extras—there’s no shared green space, bike rack, elevator, or hangout area. You get your unit, and that’s it. If you're child-free and just need a quiet, functional place to sleep and store your stuff, it does the job. But for the rent, it’s hard not to feel like you're paying a bit too much for how bare-bones it is.

Convenient location
I have lived here for 5 years, it's close to everything, restaurants, shopping the freeway entrance North and South. It's also 15 minutes away from GreenLake and down town Seattle. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, that apartments are remodeled and spacious and they are pet friendly. If there is an issue maintenence gets to it pretty quickly. I enjoy living here a lot.
