On the main floor are the master bed and bathroom, living room (with vaulted... ceiling and propane fireplace), kitchen (with propane range), laundry room (with washer and dryer), garage, and a West-facing deck. Upstairs are a loft/office, full bathroom and second bedroom. Downstairs is another bathroom, family room/office, and basement storage area. There's a nice fenced in patio off the back. There is an attached 1 car garage, but the tenant can have access to second detached garage for an additional $35/month. This is a very nice home in great condition. All yard care is provided in the rental price. The tenant is responsible for water, electricity, garbage, propane, and tv/internet, if desired. One cat or small dog is possible on a case by case basis with additional $500 security deposit and $50 per month in pet rent. First and last month's rent, $2,350 refundable security deposit and $500 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
