Tenant Responsibilities
Water and sewer are included in rent. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, and TV/internet (if desired). Yard care is the tenant's responsibility. Please be sure you have your own equipment and time to mow and weed the yard, or be prepared to pay a landscaper to take care of it for you.

One cat or dog is possible on a case by case basis with additional $500 refundable deposit and $50/month rent
