I like living at Zig it convenient for me to get to work. The people that I come in contact with are friendly and polite. I wish we had a sauna here tho.

The location is ideal—close to everything on Capitol Hill while still offering a sense of calm and comfort. My move was smooth thanks to Dawn and Chinua. I didn’t get to see the apartment in person before moving in as I came from out of state and did everything online but Dawn noted that and made an effort to send me a video tour of the unit. On the day of my move-in, Chinua toured me around and gave me insights about the community which was very helpful.

Zig is a great pet-friendly apartment option. The units are modern and nice. The only downside is the location is noisy due to the proximity to hospitals.

Zig has been amazing! I was just telling my boyfriend how crazy it is that a simple apartment change can improve someone's quality of life SO much. Amenities like the elevator, parking garage, rooftop, responsive and caring leasing office, affordable rent, gym, and package room are all things that I did not have at my previous complex and would not trade for anything at all ever. Dawn was especially helpful and kind with our move, and I couldn’t thank her enough for that!
