I have enjoyed living here this far. I have been here almost 5 years. My only fear is that the rent go up to much for to afford living here. And that scares me so bad. I love living here it's very close to my job. And the staff here are really kind. And I have seen several managers and leasing consultants come and go. I would definitely recommend Verde to other's. Thank you to the Verde staff.

This is the worst leasing office management I ever experienced. It's been my 4th year I've been living here and everything you ask them I feel like always some kind of opposition towards anything I would ask.
I love facility I love apartments but the management is just divorced I never thought to make any reviews here except good ones but at this point it just too much and I can't help it anymore.
The managers who are supposed to help tenants just always make it harder and worse anything I ask... I feel like always is done not to please me.

I love this community I referred this place to all of my friends.
I hope the leasing team be a little more serious about parkings.
Some times you coming to home and the last thing you want to see is your parking is taken by someone else.

I'm sorry to hear about your food deliveries but thank you for sharing your experience. While we offer a centralized location for couriers to drop deliveries, including secure package lockers, we unfortunately are unable to guarantee that... food orders are received by the intended resident. As we discussed, anything perishable cannot be placed in the lockers and should be delivered directly to your door to confirm appropriate delivery. The Block Party event was the best event I've ever seen in an apartment community. I also loved that we hosted a World Cup watch Party. Love it here!
