This place is strategic to all public transport. I do not use a car in going to my work because of these public transportation. There are also commercial areas within the vicinty where we could by foods and do financial transactions. This place is peaceful.

My experience has been amazing! Starting with Kat in the leasing office taking me on my first tour and helping me with all my paperwork to get my apartment. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious and so the building is well maintained. I highly recommend living here.

Security is abismal countless breaches by non residents including a fire being started by a non resident causing building evacuation at 1 in the morning and smoke filling the upper levels, lack of security to the basement from the stairwell causing multiple break ins from non resident and lack of safety, elevators becoming occupied overnight, external doors not fully closing and becoming locked. Multiple other occasions of the fire alarm being pulled for non emergency during the night. Periodic... water outages, that being a very minor inconvenience I would say the the biggest concern is the general sense of safety being non existent
