Capital Hill Highrise
I recently moved into this building at the end of December. Here are some things I've been impressed with:
- Location is great for nightlife and restaurants without being in the middle of it - Amenities are top notch and are scheduled to improve even more - Team is great and the manager Keith made my move in great. - close to the microsoft connector bus stop - the views, i face east and love the views of the mountains from my balcony.

Happy New Resident
The whole experience of touring virtually and moving from another country has exceeded my expectations. I had a question about my monthly bill so I would know exactly what to expect each month for payment. The manager Keith was extremely patient and kind and walked me through everything. So far I have no complaints and am loving my new apartment.

Immediate Improvements
Greystar recently took over The Danforth and I've noticed a HUGE improvement of the cleanliness of the building. I also had a maintenance ticket went unaddressed for weeks prior to them starting here and it was resolved ASAP. I had a chance to meet the new manager Keith and the other office staffers at their Meet and Greet event and they seem very friendly and willing to help.
