Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your attention to detail regarding the payment structure. To clarify, you paid one of the installments for September. We operate on an installment basis for the overall lease cost, rather than a monthly rent... system. Please be aware that even if you move in during the last week of September, the requirement to pay a full month's installment still applies.

Great views!
These are extremely nice apartments. Great community rooms and places to relax outside. But best part are the amazing views. The staff is also very nice. Especially Kailey she was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. This is a great place to live.
