The amenities and location are excellent. There’s a nice jacuzzi on the top floor, and the building offers amazing views of the Space Needle and Lake Union. Maintenance service is very prompt. However, garage availability is limited — it can take a couple of months to get a parking spot.

The hot tub has gone out of service multiple times is the single BIGGEST outstanding concerns discussed offline by residents at multiple rooftop meet-ups. Otherwise, Skyglass is a great building with awesome amenities.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, and the balcony offers a relaxing view—perfect for morning coffee. The building is quiet and secure, with friendly neighbors and attentive management. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and common areas like the gym and lounge are well-maintained. One of the... biggest advantages is the location—close to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and parks. Despite its central location, the area feels peaceful and safe. Covered parking and reliable Wi-Fi are added bonuses. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here.
