Service provided by technicians is perfect, my overall rating is due to issues with trash, elevator, doors, gym maintenance provided to all machines, lack of towels or liquid to clean machines in the gym, lack of control on parties and access to the roof, etc

It has been very pleasant settling into REN. The team have been extremely helpful with getting us information quickly, and making sure our first-hour experience was excellent, as was the first 24 hours. The residents are very friendly, and the community has a great vibe and activity throughout. Very pleasant first few days, indeed.

The REN is a well built residential building with great units and amenities. It’s an elevation of living and in a great location. The energy is pretty positive from the lobby, lobby bar, and the rooftops.
