Since I moved here from NY, Ren team has been always very supportive and helpful. Specifically Jennifer, Nate, and Courtney. There’s sometimes something not going right - but how the team handles the issues is what important for me - fast, professional, providing effective solutions, and follow up! I don’t dwell on small things but I do have high standards. I’ve been renting from Greystar for almost 6 years (less than 5 years at McKenzie) and Ren. And I keep coming back because of the building... quality, friendliness of the teams, services, building event (even though I barely joined but it’s nice to have options), and professionalism. I even recommend Greystar buildings outside of state to my friends who live there. So keep it up Ren team! And thank you!

Service provided by technicians is perfect, my overall rating is due to issues with trash, elevator, doors, gym maintenance provided to all machines, lack of towels or liquid to clean machines in the gym, lack of control on parties and access to the roof, etc

It has been very pleasant settling into REN. The team have been extremely helpful with getting us information quickly, and making sure our first-hour experience was excellent, as was the first 24 hours.
