If you are in a west facing apartment, there will likely be a lot of noise coming from the ally ranging from garbage truck pickup to a loud vibration/ringing. These happen in the early morning and might make it hard to sleep.

No longer the best! In my 4 plus years here I feel the standards have slipped in regards to the amenities -- they are constantly out of order or closed

The staff at McKenzie go above and beyond. I had to change my move in date to earlier date and Hailey was empathetic and kind and made this happen. Pierre went above and beyond when my packages began arriving before I did. Pierre and Haley really made a difference in my move in experience. I felt like a real VIP and I don't even live in a penthouse.
