Moving to Seattle from overseas came with a long list of unknowns, and The McKenzie made the housing part of it easy. Tracy and Tami were welcoming from the first tour through move-in day, quick with answers and helpful with the small details that matter when you are setting up in a new country. The rest of the team has been just as responsive.
The location is hard to beat. I can walk to work, to groceries, and to transit, with everything else I need within a few blocks. The building itself is... spotless. Common areas and amenity spaces are clearly well looked after, and maintenance requests get handled promptly.
Happy to recommend The McKenzie to anyone looking in downtown Seattle.

If you are in a west facing apartment, there will likely be a lot of noise coming from the ally ranging from garbage truck pickup to a loud vibration/ringing. These happen in the early morning and might make it hard to sleep.
