While I started looking for apartments to move to Seattle, The Post was probably the very first apartment I had a look at, and it was really love at first sight. It was slightly out of my budget at that time and I looked at other apartments as well, but this place was always in my mind. After 20-30 days of exploration, my budget increased and I finally got this place. This was the best decision I made and I love this place.

The building structure is high quality, but there seem to be mechanical, and plumbing issues at times. You may have this happen, and end up dealing with it until its fixed. The noise from neighboring pets will start to annoy those that dont want to hear it. The bar across the alleyway will have late night parties past 12am, and you will hear screaming, and yelling from their partying. If you want peace you wont find it here especially with the homeless encampments, and homeless wondering the... area also creating loud noises, and dirtiness.
