Love the building I'm going into my second year at Elevation16, and I've absolutely loved living in the building! Everyone in the leasing office are fantastic, the respond quickly to any questions/ concerns, and they're constantly adding new amenities.

Nice Both the unit itself and the common area look modern and cozy. The office staff team and the maintenance are very responsive and helpful. The shower water pressure is low, and living next to the road sometimes can be a lil noisy, you can hear neighbors’ dogs barking on the hallway or person above you’s footstep (not like they are stomping or sth). Other than that everything is okay!

I’ve been at these apartments since April and Ben, Ocean and Dominique have been super helpful and patient with any issues or question I’ve had. I love that it’s a secured building and that you need your fob to get into any entrance/door and to even use the elevators. It gives me an extra sense of security.
