The leasing staff has been inflexible in their policy not to allow bikers to go through the garage exit, and instead we have to awkwardly cram with our bikes into the elevator and squeeze past the other tenants in the lobby everyday. Management was not at all accommodating when I discussed with them.
Also, their elevators take a really long time standing around waiting during commute hours.
