The building sits on a dead end of a mostly quiet street in Capitol Hill. Walking distance to several grocery stores, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Not much street noise can be heard in the building, but other buildings are pretty close so you may hear your neighbors on occasion. I'm sharing the two bed and two bath unit on the first floor and there is plenty of space for two. Large living/dining room with a tiny (mostly useless) balcony and an open kitchen with bar for seating. One of the... bathrooms is behind the kitchen, and the washer and dryer are in the closet there as well. Down the hall are the two bedrooms (one with another tiny balcony) as well as the other bathroom. There is also a strange open room (or fat hallway if you prefer) with room for a couch/chair/tv/extra storage. We use it as a makeshift guest room. Overall the building is well maintained and pretty affordable considering the neighborhood. There is lots of new construction all around, so the neighborhood is changing.
