I love where I live!
I chose to call Cypress home a few months back, and I am so happy with my decision. I take public transit to work and the location is perfect for easy access to the bus, streetcar, and Link. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the building itself is well-maintained. Parking options are limited, but I have found street parking to be fairly accessible while I wait for a spot in the garage. Highly recommend!

Great living environment at Cypress
I have lived here for a little over a year and there has been such a positive change at the community. The new community manager Natalie is so amazing and really helpful. She has gone above and beyond to really help the residents. She is such a gem, always cheerful and welcoming. As my lease comes up for renewal, she is definitely a driving factor in my decision.

Couldn't ask for a better place to live!
So many people ask me why I love living at Cypress, and to be honest, there are too many reasons to list! My apartment itself is gorgeous with tons of natural light. The amenities are exactly what I need and are always well-kept. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are the best I've ever had in all of my years renting apartments. All of this, and I haven't mentioned the world-class location yet! I can't recommend living here more.

What a wonderful place to live!
I absolutely love living at Cypress! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Seattle. From the leasing office to maintenance staff I know that my needs and the building's needs are taken care of everyday. It's one of the best neighborhoods to live in as I feel so close to everything, but in a quiet locale that I feel comfortable in. I couldn't recommend it more!
