Placed in a beautiful neighborhood of Seattle under Greystar management is something unbeatable . We are so happy living at broadstone strata and definitely recommend it to our friends as 3 of them decided to come .

Living at Broadstone Strata has been a great experience for someone that needs to live in luxury apartments and feel safe. The convenience of having shopping and a grocery store within walking distance saves me a ton of time and is also entertaining. I love that the apartment is always being cleaned and neighbors are respectful of the space. I highly recommend this place to anyone I know!
