Always changing management, extremely unprofessional, not well kept. And advertise a gym there is no gym. And alot of fees you will encounter when billed or moving out. Don't do it.

The team at 700 Broadway is fantastic. Katja helped me find my dream apartment and made moving in so easy. I couldn't recommend this building more highly.

I really like the location of 700 Broadway Apartments. It feels safe, the apartments are well-built, and the noise-level is definitely adequate.

This is a great and unique community. Building is very original in its design and the inner courtyard helps create a more intimate space for everyone there. Apartments are larger than average and have different layouts vs everything else that I searched, and trust me I did a lot of searches before I decided on this place. Katja, the community manager's amazing and she creates such a good environment that you want to be part of it.

I stayed here for almost three years and the rent was raised twice. Management doesn't care about your complaints. My toilet went bad and wasn't fixed by a plumber for a month. Had to use Fed Ex office downstairs. Creepy maintenance man! Garage broken into. Management tried to say that I needed to replace the whole carpet because of stains, which I said I would get a professional carpet cleaner to do. They got their own carpet person who wroye up a statement saying it needed to be replaced. When... questioned they said that's the way it is. Threats then made (collections) if payment not forwarded for carpet. Lack of integrity and dishonest. Management personnel just not nice. Stay somewhere else. Read More
